Ticketmaster owned every professional sports market in America except Dallas. With the 2018 NFL Draft upcoming in the Big D, how can you create broad awareness in a contested market on a small budget?

In a ground-breaking industry first, we created a weekend of live-updating, digital OOH.

We brought the 2018 NFL Draft results, in near-real-time, to high-traffic digital OOH locations across the Dallas/Fort Worth area. Since this was a crazy idea that had never before been attempted, we paired with Clear Channel Outdoor and Accretive Media to pull it off. What resulted was a blanket of draft coverage in Dallas that resulted in a 190% lift in site visits.

 


Living for live.

We created 776 DOOH assets over the course of 3 days in April. Since no one knows who will be drafted by what team, there were no shortcuts, and no pre-creating graphics. We created templates, updated as players were selected, and published updates live to Clear Channel Outdoor’s servers in real-time, only breaking for the bathroom, and intravenous caffeine therapy.
